Two-time Oscar-winner Hilary Swank (Boys Don’t Cry, Million Greenback Child) and Olivia Cooke (Bates Motel, Prepared Participant One) star in a brand new trailer for the crime thriller The Good Mom. They’re joined within the solid by Dilone, Hopper Penn, Norm Lewis, Karen Aldridge, and Jack Reynor. Miles Joris-Peyrafitte (Dreamland, As You Are) directed the movie, and co-wrote the script as effectively alongside Madison Harrison.
The movie’s synopsis reads:
Starring 2-time Academy Award-winner Hilary Swank, The Good Mom follows the journalist Marissa Bennings (Hilary Swank) who, after the homicide of her estranged son, varieties an unlikely alliance along with his pregnant girlfriend Paige (Olivia Cooke) to trace down the killers. Collectively they confront a world of corruption and medicines within the seedy underbelly of a small metropolis in upstate New York. As they get nearer to the reality, they unearth an excellent darker secret.
I assumed this was going to look loads like a number of the different mom revenge motion pictures we’ve seen over time, however it really seems to be fairly good. The story appears intense and nuanced, and the lead actresses are so gifted. I’m wanting ahead to checking this out.
